THE WAY FORWARD – Coinit and Commex

As you are probably already aware of, I have made an offer to all previous clients of Commex and Coin-it to become shareholders in African Precious Metals, a Company pursuing interests in the Gold Industry. Those who choose to take us up on this offer will become shareholders alongside me in the company.

I am also aware that there are those few who are adamant to pursue the Liquidation process. I have said from the beginning this is a bad proposition which will lead to major losses for creditors and huge damages, as a result I have instructed our legal team to propose a compromise to the liquidators.

This compromise would be to pay an amount equal to what is owing to those that did not receive their capital back that still suffer from a short fall and have not decided to take up the offer of shareholding. This will be an offer of a once off payment of 100% of the amount outstanding within 60 months.

We would like you to remind you that when the second creditors meeting was held there was consent given by those creditor who were supporting the liquidation, I believe it was ± 3000 people in total that the liquidators and attorneys could immediately utilize any funds that are collected for their own expenses prior to making any

payments to creditors, which we believe is already happening. This would in essence mean when this money is paid to them over time it would have to be paid to the liquidators and they would obviously first take their cut, potentially a 100 to 200 million, and the remainder will be distributed after all additional deductions to proven creditors.

It has been my intention always to ensure the best outcome for the people and that people should not loose their money and to this regard I have attempted to ensure the best outcomes by offering a settlement of a 100% to those who are owed capital from their initial investment and who have chosen not to be shareholders as part of this process.

Should you choose to move from one option to another an email address (registrations@coinitcenter.com) is provided to notify us of this as this still remains your choice and should not be dictated by others who do not have your best interests at heart.
