The purpose of this letter is to respond to those clients who do not understand how to complete the agreements which many of you would possibly also like assistance with.
The first step in this process is to download the agreements at www.coinitcenter.com/submit
Once you have the agreements please complete the following sections listed below.
Sale of Shares Agreement
- Complete your details on page 1
- Complete your details in clause 1.16
- Under Clause 2.1 of the Sale of Shares Agreement, there is a space for the number of shares, please leave this line blank (the number of shares you will receive will be allocated once we have received and have verified all the signed agreements and is based on how much is owed to you).
- Under Clause 2.2 there is a space for banking details, please leave this blank .
- Complete your details in clause 9.1 under purchaser
- Put the place date and your signature on the top of page 8
- Initial each page
Cession Agreement
- Complete your details on page 1
- Complete the place and date and sign at the bottom of page 2
- Initial each page
- Once you have signed these two agreements please complete the form below and upload them on the website together with your ID and the Contracts you had with Coinit/Commex,
- There will be venues in various towns/cities where you can get assistance to help you sign your agreement and submitting it. These venues will be announced on WhatsApp in due course.
